The initial appointment went very well. Wes demonstrated and explained the tint I was interested in. The install team was curtious and professional. From beginning to end, everyone showed up on time and got right to work. I’m very happy with the results. My rooms that were tinted are noticeably more comfortable. They also don’t have the glare from the afternoon sun. Truly professional group!
First, if you haven't tinted windows in your house before and are considering doing it (to protect your floors and furnishing from the sun, to cut down on heating/cooling, to get rid of glare of full sun) know that you will never regret this protection in your home. This is the third home I have tinted select windows for one or all of these reasons. I have been so so happy I did. It is a beautiful thing to pull up rugs and beautiful hardwood floors are untouched by the sun and expensive window treatments are not faded. We like our bare windows....I like to SEE the outdoors and tinting allows us to keep our windows minimally covered by treatments. Also, if you choose well, you cannot tell they are tinted! All that to say...Tint USA was great. Wes was incredibly responsive, professional and efficient. Installation was seamless and professional. This was our first time using them and we are very pleased. We highly recommend tinting windows in your home and absolutely recommend using Tint USA to do it! Great investment! Thank you Wes and the install team at Tint USA!

I specifically worked with Wes, he came and gave my company a quote - he sat down with me and walked me through all the options, showed examples, etc. He was extremely professional and I knew within minutes of meeting him, we would probably go with him over the other companies I had come out and also quote me.
When we officially decided to go with Wes and Tint USA - their team came out and let me tell you... THEY WERE AMAZING! Everyone on the team was so great, personable, and held a great work ethic. They worked from 8-6 straight, I practically had to beg for them to take a break. I don't recall any of this teams names, but they crushed it and it took no time for them to complete all of our glass doors. I was shook!!
Our glass doors look absolutely fabulous, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Highly recommend!

It is amazing the difference this tinting has made!! House stays cooler and we are no longer fighting with afternoon blinding sun. Very professional and tidy. One of the best investments we have ever made. Thank you Wes!!!
Tint USA of Charlotte installed a window tint to all the ground floor windows of my home, both for privacy and to protect from the worst of the sun and glare. It's such a subtle difference, but the light coming through my windows now is much softer, less bright and harsh and the glare on the tv is nearly gone! I know in the long run my electric bills will go down and my furniture and floors will last longer. A great investment! The installer was extremely courteous, patient and meticulous with the install! Very pleased with the service I received from Tint USA of Charlotte!
He came promptly and installed just we needed on our entry door. It is MUCH cooler now that the sun doesn't shine through. Great job!
Amazing company to work with, and when I say they have a ton of different tints.... I didnt even know there were so many! I happened to use them for a client of mine with my Glass business. ( they glass company no longer made the pattern) and they had the exact pattern we were looking for in a tint! My customers were ecstatic and now these guys are the only people I use! They are fast, efficient and well priced. They came to my location to do the tint and they were professional and pleasant! So So glad that I met Wes and we were able to work together!!!
